Aluminium release agents prevent aluminium from sticking to the roll shells in continuous sheet casting.

Pyrotek Offerings

Pyrotek offers the Nekote series aluminium release agent products, which are water-based and contain fine graphite particles. Nekote-35XL is higher performing than other release agents on the market, and it can be used on all types of casters and alloys. Pyrotek also offers Nekote-35 and Nekote-46. Nekote comes in standard half and one gallon sizes, but can be ordered in other sizes as needed.
