Essential Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team of innovators and problem-solvers. You’ll partner with Global Product Managers to create and execute strategies that increase product profitability, expand market reach, and deliver value-driven solutions to customers around the world.
This position is located in our downtown Spokane headquarters.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with Global Product Managers to develop strategies and execute initiatives that drive growth.
- Lead market and product research to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
- Manage select product lines—improving revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate product trials, projects, and technology transfers from concept to completion - project management.
- Deliver impactful presentations internally and at global technical conferences and trade shows.
- Support technical inquiries, vendor relations, and global marketing efforts.
- Travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%) to connect with customers, manufacturing sites, and technical teams.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, metallurgy, or related technical field. Experience with programming and/or CAD software and familiarity with laboratory equipment, instruments and test methods, a plus!
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Comfort with CAD software, data analysis tools, and MS Office Suite.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and think strategically.
- Exhibit flexibility in work schedule to perform beyond a normal workday, on some occasions. Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, by land and air, up to 20%. Valid U.S. Passport or ability to obtain.

Working Environment:
While performing the essential responsibilities of this position, the team member will generally work in an office environment with exposure to warehouses, manufacturing centers, and industrial environments that may present loud noise, moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and molten substances. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including approved footwear, respirators, and safety glasses/goggles may be required.
The minimum and maximum salary range for this full-time position is $86k - $128k + benefits. Relocation benefits may be available, if deemed applicable based on candidate location.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in this posted role reflect the base salary only and do not include bonus or benefits.
