- Candidate must be a college junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business or related field of study with an overall GPA of 2.8 or higher

Computer/Applications Skills. Proficient computer skills using a variety of software applications systems. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.

Ability to work independently, without significant direction and to use resources effectively to “figure it out”. Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, judgment and keen attention to detail and accuracy. Exceptional prioritization, time management and organizational skills. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Familiarity with AutoCad, Lean training, Kaizen methodology, 5S, or TAKT time is a plus. Ability to be hands on to drive continuous improvement.

Perform time studies as specified, such as inspections, calibrations, machine shop and assembly. Suggest opportunities for continuous improvement.
Confirm engineering masters against time studies for verification.
Utilize computer software to complete reports and spreadsheets.
Analyze data and make recommendations. Create work procedures and ISO documentation as requested.
Work with various departments and staff to gather information for work instruction or training documentation.
Research alternate equipment upgrades for production and assist with plant layouts.
